Abstract:
In this paper it is followed the influence of several parameters (substance nature, hydrodynamic conditions, temperature, compacting pressure) over the dissolution process and it is calculated the total mass transfer coefficients. The substances used in experimental determination are: acetylsalicylic acid, citric acid, sodium benzoate, sodium chloride, Penicillin G-potassium salt, and pentaerythriol, respectively. The microcrystalline material was compacted in tablets shape, with or without conditioning addition.
