Abstract:
This paper has done a study of the reaction kinetics of the polycondensation of phenylphosphonic dichloride (DPP) with bisphenol A in order to optimize the parameters of response and to determine the mechanism of the inverse phase transfer catalysis (CTII). The kinetic mechanism of the synthesis of polyphosphonate by CTII of DPP with bisphenol A was studied by detecting bisphenolate concentration in the aqueous phase by UV spectroscopy. The reaction of bisphenolate with DPP in organic phase is the critical step for the reaction.
